Gentle Movement: Inside the cave, we will move through gentle heart-opening chair yoga and somatic grounding techniques to create space in your body and breath.
Metta Meditation: A guided loving-kindness meditation will invite you into a state of deep compassion, tenderness, and connection toward yourself and others.
Intuitive Journey & Reflection: From this high-vibrational state, you will explore your intuition to uncover guidance for your path ahead. We'll close with supportive journal prompts, optional oracle card pulls, and a space to share reflections.

Meet your Practitioner:
Lauren Oliver is a certified yoga therapist, 500-hour yoga teacher, and Integrative health coach who specializes in chronic pain, women's Ayurvedic wellness, and nervous system recalibration. Though she works extensively with the physical body in her practice, she has also witnessed time and again how the mind and energetic & spiritual body hold the key to our healing, expansion, and evolution. She is passionate about helping people connect to and work with these often unexplored parts of themselves in new and awakening ways.
