Sunday Sanctuary: A Community Gathering
Join us for Sunday Sanctuary — a one-hour experience inside the salt cave for people who are craving the kind of community that asks something real of you.
Salt caves have long been known to quiet the body and calm the nervous system — creating the ideal conditions for the kind of honest, unhurried reflection most of us rarely give ourselves permission to have.
This is not a lecture. It is a gathering — an hour of guided reflection and open conversation for people who still believe in the power of showing up together, on their own terms, around values they have chosen for themselves.
We will begin by settling into the cave and into ourselves. From there, you will be guided through a reflective practice and open discussion — the kind that reminds you that you are not alone in what you are carrying.
This gathering is for you if you are:
Craving real community without conditions attached
Asking hard questions about who you are and what you actually want
Ready to build a life centered around values you chose for yourself
Done with spaces that require you to perform
What to Bring: Comfortable, relaxed clothing and an open heart
Date: Sunday, July 12 Time: 9:30 – 10:30 AM Investment: $45
Space is intimate and intentionally limited.
Meet our Practitioner:
Professor Julie Pierce is an educator and community builder who is passionate about helping people build lives centered around who they actually are, not who they were told to be.
Sunday Sanctuary gatherings are a guided experience where participants slow down, reflect honestly, and connect with others who are asking the same hard questions — in a space with no doctrine and no performance required.
Professor Julie has earned degrees, raised children, and done her own hard and ongoing work of unbecoming what she was handed and choosing what she actually values. She is not here because she has it figured out. She is here because she knows what it costs to keep pretending you do; and she believes there is a better way to do this, together.
